its been almost a week, sorry for the lack of activity here. guess im still not that used to come here, log in, and write stuff for you to read. not like before. but, am starting to get a hang of it. its been quite a cramped few weeks. tmrw's my final mid-term paper. and then got another 2 or 3 assignments, and then its exams. this term flew by like the wind. i wonder if that's good, or bad. hmm.
i've finally gotten back to my usual workout routine. well, sort of. like, at least im exercising more often now then previously. maybe that was all i needed, a change in activity. i used to run so much that now, its turned back into a drag. i probably have to lay off running and let my mind get hooked onto something else like swimming or gliding on the eliptical, before i hit the roads again.
weights training is something that i have to get back to doing, also. decided that i should put into practice what i have learned, and not be lazy to just depend on cardio workouts. i hope to get my 5-pac in.. 2 months? lol.
(its a 5-pac i have, and not a 6-pac. because, apparently, i had 2.5pac on per side of my stomach. somehow i wasnt able to reduce the fat around my tummy enough, such that the last half of those bottom abs are visible. so i gave up. a 5-pac is quite nice also, i gather. LOL)
i should get back to hitting the books, especially seeing that i have a mid-term paper tmrw
(plus the piling assignments due soon). comforting thing is that i had a mock test today, and i scored 38/50. this was achieved when i had only studied 6 of the 10 tested chapters. so, am alil confident. still. yes min, i WILL go study the remaining 3 chapters. after a tiny break ok. haha.
